My name is Rebecca Wyld and SEE SHIT is my passion project.

What is "SEE SHIT"?...

Here at Wyld Wellness, I have seen it all.

​

THE GOOD SHIT. 

THE BAD SHIT. 

THE LIFE SHIT.

Every person I talk to has "shit" they're dealing with. It's incredibly important for people to tell their story, to be seen and to be heard, and for them to own their shit. 

​​

SEE SHIT started when I was battling with depression after my dad was diagnosed with a terminal disease.

​​

One day, I had an "awakening" and chose to remove myself from the negative and stressful environment I was in.... the environment I created for myself by making unhealthy life choices and not dealing with my grief. 

​​

I NEEDED TO SEE SOME NEW SHIT.

​​

I went out into fresh air and sought the outdoors for solace... for grounding... for a change in scenery.  I went on walks, I went on hikes, I explored the world... Nature helped me find myself, but more importantly, I found something else...

​​

While SEEING SHIT outside, I also saw some SHIT within myself that needed to change.

​

I needed to slow down, simplify my life, prioritize what was actually important, clean up my diet, spend more time doing things that I loved, and learn how to process pain properly.

Through the last four years, I have not only been healing myself, I have built this business and these programs to help people with their mental and physical health.

I love nothing more than helping people learn how to enjoy their lives to the fullest!

SEE SHIT is the foundation of all of my coaching packages. A major part of healing is being able to face your shit, HEAD ON.
